About The Author

Connie Berry

Connie Berry is the author of the Edgar Award-nominated Kate Hamilton Mysteries, a series set in the UK and featuring an American antiques dealer with a knack for solving crimes. Much like her protagonist, Connie was raised by antiques dealers, a background that instilled in her a deep appreciation for history, fine art, and travel. She pursued her studies at the University of Freiburg in Germany and St. Clare’s College, Oxford, where she developed a lasting fascination with the British Isles.

In 2019, Connie received the IPPY Gold Medal for Mystery and was a finalist for the Agatha Award for Best Debut. She is an active member of Mystery Writers of America and serves on the board of the Guppies and her local Sisters in Crime chapter. Outside of her passion for mysteries, Connie enjoys history, international travel, adorable animals, and all things British. She currently resides in Ohio with her husband and her beloved Shih Tzu, Emmie.
