He has held senior leadership roles, including Head of Culture at Hartlepool and Director of Culture and Tourism in Oxford, where he received national recognition for innovative approaches to museum collection interpretation and display. His work has earned multiple awards, including commendations for Museum of the Year and Living Museum of the Year.
From 2010 to 2018, Colin led and executed significant cultural and museum projects throughout the Middle East, encompassing high-profile exhibitions and large-scale interpretive developments.
He has published extensively within the cultural sector and has authored and scripted more than thirty exhibitions, ranging from individual galleries to entire museums.
