About The Author

Clayton M. Christensen

Clayton M. Christensen (1952-2020) was a leading thinker on innovation theory and practice, renowned for developing the concept of disruptive innovation. He served as a professor at Harvard Business School, where he mentored numerous leaders and entrepreneurs. Christensen authored twelve books, including five New York Times bestsellers, and contributed over one hundred articles on disruptive innovation across business, healthcare, and education. He also cofounded Innosight, a management consultancy; Rose Park Advisors, an investment firm; and the Clayton Christensen Institute, a nonprofit think tank. He was a mentor to many prominent innovators.
