About The Author

Ciarán Mulqueen

In 2019, teacher Ciaran Mulqueen began the process of buying a home in Ireland. Over a year long search, as he became more and more disillusioned with the difficulties of the market, he decided to create an online community where people could share their experiences of buying a property - and so the social media presence Crazy House Prices was born.

Three years later, with over 115k+ followers across social media, Crazy House Prices is a resource for home-buyers as ordinary purchasers and industry experts share their tips, information, and experiences of buying a home in Ireland.

Ciaran is a regular contributor on radio and TV and the host of a popular podcast giving tips and insights into the Irish property market. He lives in a renovated and retrofitted 100-year-old home with his wife and daughter in Dublin.
