About The Author
Christian Weaver
Christian Weaver is a human rights barrister, social justice campaigner, and author of The Law in 60 Seconds. In 2023, he was named Legal Aid Newcomer of the Year for his work representing the family of Awaab Ishak. His tireless campaign culminated in a new landmark law.
He has worked at INQUEST and Liberty and has been featured on nearly all major UK news platforms, including BBC News, The Guardian, and Radio 4. Christian is currently touring the UK to educate the public on their legal rights and is based in Manchester.
