Critic Reviews

"If you want to be in this business and perform at the highest level possible with the least amount of stress, tension, and fear, read this book. Chris and Steve do an incredible job of outlining how to best spend your time, attention, and energy on those people who are truly going to work with you and to avoid all the unnecessary time of chasing those who won't. Knowing how to get in front of any situation, rather than being reactive gives you a tremendous competitive advantage in any real estate market. This is a must-read for every top agent."

- Scott Hustis and Mark Jovanovic, top agents in New York City

"I make a living having extremely difficult conversations with very sophisticated and successful clients. The information contained in this book gives you the ability to confront any situation or client with grace and confidence. Being able to deliver bad news is a skill every agent must develop in this business and something most agents want to avoid altogether. Knowing how to make people feel understood has been a true game changer for me."

- Neal Ward, top agent in San Francisco

"Working with Steve and Chris has dramatically increased my ability to transact business and increase my average sales price. More importantly, the methodology you will learn in this book has made me a 6 percent agent. Even in the high-end luxury market where no one thinks they can get a full commission-I know otherwise. If you are looking for cutting-edge dialog to get to the truth with every prospect and client, keep reading!!"

- Eric Lavey, top agent in Beverly Hills

"I am most grateful to Steve and Chris for teaching me their concept of, 'The Favorite or the Fool.' Learning how to find the right business is a game-changer. A client who trusts you from the start is almost always the client who wins big on all levels and becomes a raving fan. Their trust and confidence in you allow you to shine. This is how you grow your business and find joy over and over again as a Realtor!"

- Dana Green, top agent in Lafayette, California

"This book will certainly give any agent a glimpse into the future of real estate and how best to build a thriving repeat and referral real estate business. These pages are filled with practical strategies and dialogs that can help any agent take their business to the next level and beyond. Chris and Steve have written a true sales masterpiece that will move this industry forward in a very positive and lasting way!"

- Robert Reffkin, CEO of Compass
