Chris Greer
Chris Greer, also the author of Georgia Discovered: Exploring the Best of the Peach State (Globe Pequot), is an award-winning photographer, television host, and professor. He has photographed picturesque locations around the world but has a soft spot for the unique and dynamic beauty in the state of Georgia. He hosts and produces the TV show View Finders, which chronicles the adventures of two photographers in search of incredible locations. His photographs have been featured in a variety of exhibits and publications, and he has taught photography courses in exotic locations such as Australia and Italy. Chris is professor of instructional technology at Georgia College, and his many projects within the realm of creative multimedia led to his selection as an Apple Distinguished Educator in 2015. When he’s not traveling, teaching, or getting lost in the woods, he resides in Athens with his family.
