Chris Ferrie
Chris Ferrie is an award-winning physicist and Senior Lecturer for Quantum Software and Information at the University of Technology Sydney. He has a Masters in applied mathematics, BMath in mathematical physics and a PhD in applied mathematics. He lives in Australia with his wife and children.
Michael Slack is an author and illustrator of many children’s books and other cool stuff for kids and adults. Contemporary art, animation, and modernist design inform his style, but it is humor, playfulness, and a love of quirky characters that are the heart of his illustration. When he’s not working on book projects Michael likes to paint, draw, and dabble in electronic music. Recently he’s been enjoying making ceramic art figures.
