Chris Ferrie
Chris Ferrie is an award-winning physicist and Senior Lecturer for Quantum Software and Information at the University of Technology Sydney. He holds a Masters in applied mathematics, a BMath in mathematical physics, and a PhD in applied mathematics. He lives in Australia with his wife and children.
Lindsay Dale-Scott
Born in Columbus in 1991, Lindsay Dale-Scott pursued a creative career after encouragement from her parents. While studying graphic design and illustration at Columbus College of Art and Design, she received an award for her advertising campaign for the sloth sanctuary of Costa Rica. Her work has garnered recognition through the American Advertising Awards, “The Addy’s.” Lindsay describes her illustration style as whimsical with a soft, sophisticated touch, drawing inspiration from classic Disney artist Mary Blair, vintage posters, folk and fairy tales, and quirky subjects. She currently resides in Cleveland with her husband, two bunnies named Sam and Pepper, a teddy bear named Toby, and a long-haired Dachshund named Violet. She enjoys living outside the city but often travels into urban areas for inspiration.
