About the Author

The Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China (RDCY), founded in 2013, is a think tank that was jointly established by Renmin University of China, Beijing, and Chongyang Investment Ltd., a private equity fund based in Shanghai. Prof. Chen Yulu, president of Renmin University of China and member of the monetary committee of the People’s Bank of China, is the Dean of RDCY.
