Critics Review

I warmly recommend this book. It is a worthy work that can enhance the singing of the exsultet and increase our appreciation for its richness. It also offers an inspiring example of how the visual arts and the musical arts can reinforce one another during times of high festivity. Charles Rohrbacher is to be commended not only for giving us his own fine work, but also for giving us an example that others might emulate. Rita Ferrone, Art and ArchitectureThis is a marvelous publication. Charles Rohrbacher, an iconographer from the diocese of Juneau, is the artist. Having the Exsultet in it’s own liturgical book is a brilliant idea. I plan to enshrine the copy, I ordered for the parish, near the Paschal candle during the season of Easter.Michael R.
