With over 15 years in the specialty coffee industry, Celeste Wong has honed her skills as a barista in some of the world’s top cafes, earning recognition as one of London’s top five baristas by the Financial Times. She has documented her experiences along the way on The Girl in the Cafe blog. Her journey has led her from New Zealand to Melbourne, and finally to London and Lisbon where she’s made both cities her home.
