About The Author

Cathy Crimmins

Cathy Crimmins wrote several humor books, and her articles appeared in The Village Voice, Redbook, Readers’ Digest, and Glamour, among other publications. She received the Outstanding Book Award in General Nonfiction for Where is the Mango Princess? from the American Society of Journalists and Authors. She taught nonfiction writing at the University of Pennsylvania. She died in 2009 at the age of 54.
