About The Author
Catherine Rabess
Catherine Rabess is an experienced Registered Dietitian specialising in gastroenterology and complex nutrition support. She is the Clinical Lead Dietitian for NHS Nutrition and Dietetic Service in South West London, as well as Consultant Dietitian at St John’s and St Elizabeth Hospital and part of The GI Unit multi-disciplinary team. Catherine’s mission is to raise awareness based around how improving gut health is always about how to diversify your diet and not how to restrict. Catherine is an active member of the BDA and a media spokesperson, providing evidence-based nutrition on her social media and expert advice to a variety of media platforms including The Times, BBC, Stylist and Women’s Health.
