Carlos S. Kubrusly is a professor in the electrical engineering department at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. His current area of research is in operator theory and functional analysis. From 1992-1998, Carlos Kubrusly was the editor-in-chief of the Computational and Applied Mathematics journal.
