About The Author

Cara Lisette

Cara Lisette is a mental health blogger and campaigner, a registered mental health nurse and CBT therapist. She is author of The Eating Disorder Recovery Journal and The Bipolar Disorder Journal.

Phoebe Webb is a queer neurodivergent campaigner, writer, trainee therapist, and peer support worker in an NHS child and adolescent eating disorder service. She has lived experience of OCD and is host of the ‘Not About Food’ podcast.
