Candice Ransom
Candice Ransom only ever wanted to be a children’s book writer. She is the author of over 125 books for kids and young adults, including Apple Picking Day! and Pumpkin Day! in the Step Into Reading series. A teacher in the children’s literature program at Hollins University, she lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with her cats, Faulkner and Edison.
Erica Meza was born in Mexico and studied graphic design. She lives with a cat in the UK, where works with ink, gouaches, and watercolor pencils as an author and illustrator.
