About The Author
Bryce Galloway
Bryce Galloway is a Pākehā artist-academic born in Kirikiriroa Hamilton in 1966.
He is the author of the long-running quarterly zine Incredibly Hot Sex with Hideous People, which began in Te Whanganui-a-Tara in February 2002. Galloway has been an occasional Wellington Zinefest committee member and co-founded the Kirikiriroa Hamilton Zine Fest in 2014 with Kim Paton.
A cross-media artist, Galloway is also the singer-songwriter for the group Wendyhouse. He has presented group and solo exhibitions across Aotearoa, working with sound, video, zine-making, and drawing. Galloway lectures at Whiti o Rehua School of Art, Massey University.
