About the Author

Frank J. Sileo, PhD, is a New Jersey licensed psychologist and the founder and executive director of The Center for Psychological Enhancement in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He received his doctorate from Fordham University in New York City and is consistently recognized as one of New Jersey's top kids' doctors. Dr. Sileo is the author of ten other award-winning children's books. He teaches mindfulness to his patients and to schools and organizations.

Brittany Lakin is an illustrator and designer who uses pencil textures and carefully selected color palettes and draws inspiration from folk tales and elements of nature. Her achievements include placing Top 25 of Pictoplasma's Face Off and being shortlisted for the Templar Illustration Prize.
