About The Author
Brian Kelly
Brian Kelly has been tattooing since 2002, founding the Brian Kelly Army in the same year. He holds a BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a MFA from the University of Galway in association with the Burren College of Art. He now tattoos at Red Chapel Tattoo in former East Berlin. This is Brian Kelly’s second collection of tattoo flash.
