Bertrand Larcher has spent the past 25 years revolutionizing the way crêpes are enjoyed through his Breizh Café restaurants, found in Brittany, Paris, Lyon, Biarritz, Bordeaux, and Japan. He also owns Atelier de la Crépe, Maison du Sarrasin, and the Japanese restaurant Otolani.
