She gave up a job working in PR and marketing to focus on food full-time, developing the recipes that she and her followers really want to eat. She lives in Essex, UK.

An excellent book. I like that it opens your mind to how you can change any recipe to GF - gives you a list of the staples you need in your pantry, then recipes for some things like naan bread, French baguettes (garlic bread!), and pastries that I thought I'd never eat again. I've yet to try the recipes, so I cannot comment on those, but there's a bunch of them that I'm keen to try out. I'm just enjoying reading through it at the moment. Anticipating.
