Beccy Hands is a doula and massage therapist specialising in pre- and post-natal wellbeing. In 2017, she co-founded The Motherbox with Alexis Stickland - a company that supports women through their journey into motherhood with essential advice and nurturing wellbeing boxes. She lives with her two children and husband in sunny Brighton.
