Bambanani Women's Group

Bambanani is a South African word that means to help or support each other. The group is comprised of thirteen women and one man who came together to teach people living with HIV how to live with HIV. And to those not living with HIV, how to survive. Jonathan Morgan is from the Memory Box Project at the University of Cape Town and he worked with the Bambanani Women’s Group in Khayelitsha, Cape Town.
