Dr. Awesh K. Yadav
Dr. Awesh K. Yadav received his B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and PhD from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University Sagar (MP). He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Raebareli, India. With over 15 years of teaching and industrial experience, he has authored numerous research publications in national and international journals, four books, and seven book chapters. He was awarded the best citation award for his publication in the International Journal of Pharmaceutics in 2005. Dr. Yadav’s research interests focus on targeted and controlled novel drug delivery systems for various bioactives, including anticancer drugs, anti-Alzheimer’s drugs, anti-Parkinson drugs, anti-malarial drugs, and sun-screening agents.
Dr. Rahul Shukla
Dr. Rahul Shukla is currently an Assistant Professor (Contract) in the Department of Pharmaceutics at NIPER Raebareli, India. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from CSIR CDRI and J.N.U New Delhi, India, an M.Pharm from IIT BHU, Varanasi, India, and a B.Pharm from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. With over ten years of research and academic experience, he has more than 30 publications and 10 book chapters to his credit. He has also filed 7 Indian Patents and 1 Copyright. Dr. Shukla recently edited a book on the Role of Novel Drug Delivery Vehicles in Nanobiomedicine. His current research interests include targeted drug delivery systems, particle engineering, controlled delivery for neurodegenerative diseases, dendrimer-mediated drug delivery, and solubilization and bioavailability enhancements.
Dr. S. J. S. Flora
Dr. S. J. S. Flora is currently the Director and Dean at Era College of Pharmacy, Era Medical University, Lucknow. He previously served as the Director of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India, and also as Director of NIPER SAS Nagar (Mohali). He was also the former Head of the Division of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Defence Research and Development Establishment (DRDE), Gwalior, India. Dr. Flora earned his PhD from the CSIR–Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow, India, and completed postdoctoral research at Utah State University in the USA. His research achievements include the development of a novel therapeutic agent for chronic arsenic poisoning, which was approved by the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI). Dr. Flora has published over 382 research articles, 75 review articles and book chapters, holds 18 patents, and has authored or edited six books, including Handbook of Arsenic Toxicology and Handbook on Biological Warfare Preparedness.
