About The Author
Artur Victoria
Artur Vitória is a Portuguese writer involved in several associative activities.
Education: He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 1974 and is a graduate of the National Defence Institute in Lisbon, Portugal (1990). In 1980 he became a researcher at the Foreign Relations Observatory of the Autonomous University of Lisbon.
