Critics Review
Lots of action, lots of feelings, and lots of bright art speed the eight chapters along as if on the magical skates that save the day. The perennially young pups are again sure to please early chapter-book readers… . A warmhearted wintry tale.
—Kirkus Reviews
This charming third installment serves as an easy entry point for new readers or a welcome revisit for established fans, with quick pace and expressive illustrations to make for an enticing read. The diverse, kind community is a fabulous focal point, and cooperation and compassion are presented as important strengths.
