Summary

Jerusalem is a special place. It brings people together—and rarely snows

When one day it does snow, three friends have a playful debate about who the snow belongs to. When they ask some of the most trusted people in their community, they have a great surprise: the priest, the rabbi, and the imam all say the same thing.

Here is a joyful story about sharing—and how we are more similar than different.

What They're Saying

Critics Review

Chang’s illustrations convey the gravity and touch of whimsy packed into this hopeful little story.

Chang’s art has childlike appeal but captures both the exhilaration of a surprise as well as the trouble and bitter feelings that come with prejudice…A good starting place for discussion.
