Anne Wynter
Anne Wynter is the Ezra Jack Keats Honor-winning author of the picture books Everybody in the Red Brick Building and Nell Plants a Tree, Willie Mays- A Little Golden Book Biography, as well as the board books Hands On! and One Big Day. Anne earned a degree in theatre from Washington University in St. Louis and penned a number of short plays that have been produced around the country. She lives in Austin, TX with her family.
Courtney Lovett received her BFA in Visual Arts from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. As a Black American and a native of the DC-Maryland-Virginia area, her work reflects her heritage and upbringing, focusing on perspectives that are often underrepresented or misrepresented in art and media.
