She is an expert in the theory of resilience in children and has combined this with positive psychology to help child thrive and flourish in a changing world. With her educational background, Anna writes from experience and evidence based research on interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence, resilience and wellbeing to provide parents with practical ideas to raise their children to weather the ups and downs of life. Anna is a regular parenting writer for Huffington Post and Wellbeing Magazine. She is married with three children aged 15, 13 and 11 and lives in Canberra Australia.
