About The Author
Andy Jones
Andy Jones is a bestselling children’s author, entertainer, musician, songwriter and comedian. He performs up to 300 shows a year in schools, clubs, libraries and festivals all over Australia. Andy’s ‘What’s the Joke’ and ‘Rap and Rhyme’ shows are a high-energy mix of music, dance, rap, rhyme and audience participation. Jules Faber has been a full-time professional cartoonist since 2004. After working on a Disney program, teaching at TAFE and a variety of other illustration-related jobs, Jules illustrated his first book, WeirDo, for author Anh Do in 2014. They won Book of the Year for Older Children with it, among other awards, and in 2020, Jules was honoured to receive the Jim Russell Award for Significant Contribution to Australian Cartooning. In 2023, Jules was named the Kids Own Australian Literature Awards (KOALA) Legend.
