Andrea Nguyen
Andrea Nguyen is a former bank examiner who is now an award-winning writer, editor, teacher, and consultant. She is the author of Into the Vietnamese Kitchen, Asian Dumplings, Asian Tofu, The Banh Mi Handbook, and The Pho Cookbook, which have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation, International Association of Culinary Professionals, and National Public Radio. Andrea also edited Unforgettable, a biography cookbook about Paula Wolfert. She has contributed to many publications, including the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Lucky Peach, Saveur, and Cooking Light.
