Unicornia: The Frozen Palace

My daughter loves these books … It’s a lovely story line and great size font for a child to read independently without feeling like it’s a struggle. – Reader Review * Toppsta *
Seeing this book, my 5 year old daughter went absolutely crazy! She was so excited about it. She loves the shiny title and stars on the cover, she was so excited to see a loving unicorn girl on the cover, she couldn’t wait to start reading it. She will very soon be able to read this book by herself, but couldn’t wait, so asked me to read it to her. This kind of books is so appealing to young girls and makes them want to learn to read, I love them! This is a lovely and relatable story, we will definitely be looking to get the other books in the series. I love seeing my daughter so excited about a book. – Reader Review * Toppsta *
Read to year 2 and year 3, they especially loved the flying bus and the school trip aspect. We all loved the illustrations and the little information boxes. – Teacher Reviewer * Toppsta *
Printed on pastel pages that echo the colour of the cover and with many illustrations in the same theme, this is a new series for newly independent readers who are in love with unicorns and all the magic and fantasy they portray. … This is a series that brings together the things that young readers are familiar with like having to make new friends, start a new school, learn new things, and navigate unfamiliar situations even if that means having to face your fears, using both text and graphics to make it accessible to its intended audience and support them as they read. It’s something new to entice that next group of emerging independent readers to keep reading, as they dabble in the new realm of novels and series, and there is even a website to find more information and activities. * The Bottom Shelf *
