About The Author

Amelia Blackwell

Amelia Blackwell holds a master’s degree in Creative Writing. She shares her home with a corn snake named Colin and possesses a profound admiration for the works of Jane Austen. While the Boleyns feature in her family tree, it is through marriage, not direct lineage. Georgiana Darcy’s most persistent suitor, Baron John de Halighwell, is named after one of Amelia’s distant great-grandfathers, who resided in a mansion that would impress even the formidable Lady Catherine de Bourgh. Amelia currently lives with her husband and children in a small house situated by the sea in Cornwall.
