Critics Review
The range of work included is much wider than I was anticipating. While there are many items of domestic ware, there are many sculptural pieces including human and animal forms. Colours obtained also are wider ranging than I was expecting and in some cases brighter than I thought possible. Significant books on wood-firing are few and far between as can be seen from the length of the bibliography included. This is a certainly a significant addition and a credit to both author and publisher. - Roger Bell, NPA Newsletter
