It was great. I new a lot already but having the exact amount of sugar worked out was a tremendous help. I would recommend the book to anybody.

A very well-written easy to follow way of cutting down on sugar and carbs to loose weight. Love the way Amanda wrote the book, told her journey to cut sugar and carbs, great pictures, illustrations, photos... My whole approach to eating has changed AND I have lost weight!!!

Clear, concise and Amanda has thoroughly researched. The Tables of different foods' nutritional value and sugar content are invaluable for pointing yourself in the right direction. Yes, sugar is a beast, best dispensed with !!

I like the concept but there were too many pages of processed food products that was unnecessary. It got quite tedious and only served to make the book thicker.
