About The Author
Allison Kloss
Dr. Allison Kloss is a chiropractor, wife, and mother to two daughters. She graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science, and obtained her doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She has been consulting with patients since 2010 about their nutrition and cooking needs after combatting her own sugar and grain addictions in 2007. After the success of her self-published cookbook, Alive, in 2012, she began receiving requests for more easy-to-make and family -friendly recipes.
