Dr. Zhian Chen
Zhian Chen is a lecturer in finance at the University of New South Wales. He holds a PhD from the University of New South Wales and a MComm from the University of Sydney. His teaching focus is introductory finance, and his research speciality is corporate finance and corporate governance.
Dr. Amelia Hill is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. She holds a PhD and BEc (Hons) from the University of Sydney and received the University Medal in Finance. She is the author of several articles in leading scholarly journals including the Journal of Banking and Finance. Dr Hill specialises in capital markets and has advised on numerous initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private capital raisings for public and private companies. In 2011 she was named by the East Coles survey as one of Australia's Top 20 Equity Capital Markets Advisers and in 2009 as one of Australia's Top 20 Investment Bankers.
