Description

In an age of shifting cultural landscapes, where conversations about sex and sexuality often provoke tension and division, the Rev. Dr Alasdair Black offers a compassionate and searching voice. The Courage to Speak is an urgent and thought-provoking exploration of how Christians - and society at large - can navigate these deeply personal and complex issues with grace, truth, and love.

Drawing on decades of pastoral experience and theological insight, the author challenges the silences, the conflicts, and the extremes that often dominate these conversations. With wisdom and humility, he encourages readers to embrace a new approach: one that seeks understanding over judgement, dialogue over dogma, and transformation over polarisation.

This text is not just for Christians wrestling with faith and identity, but for anyone seeking to bridge the divides that so often fracture communities. Dr Black invites us all to listen deeply, speak boldly, and find the courage to foster authentic connections in the face of fear and misunderstanding.

The Courage to Speak is more than a book - it's a call to action for a more inclusive, empathetic, and Christ-centred approach to the most pressing issues of our time.
