This book is an absolute goldmine of information for autistic people experiencing pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. The information is clear and easy to follow, while not shying away from detail. It makes every stage of pregnancy predictable, and shares solutions and scripts to deal with multiple scenarios, routine experiences, and complications that may arise. I particularly love the top tips from an autistic midwife, as well as the experiences of other autistic people.
