About The Author

Abiodun Raufu

Abiodun Raufu, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Southern University and A&M College, USA and a Doctoral Summit Fellow of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences. He has also authored and co-edited three books: Homeland Security and Terrorism in Nigeria: Crises, Climate Change, and Counterterrorism (2024), Criminology in Nigeria: History, Evolution, and Trends (2024), and Gender-Based Violence, Law, and African Society (2023).

L. Sergio Garduno, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Justice Studies at Prairie View A&M University, USA. His research interests include gangs, juvenile delinquency, policing, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
