About The Author

Aaron Stephan Hamilton

Aaron S. Hamilton is an academically trained historian and published author who holds both a B.A. and a M.A. in History. He has particular expertise in the archival records of the last year of the war in Europe and his books include Bloody Streets: The Soviet Assault on Berlin, April 1945 and The Oder Front 1945. Aaron is also a certified technical diver and an amateur maritime archaeologist who maintains a keen interest in naval history, particularly submarines. He has contributed original research to published academic works.
