Lionel Ruffel

Lionel Ruffel is a literary scholar, publisher, and author. He is Chair and Professor of Comparative Literature at the University of Paris 8, where he also founded and directs the creative writing program.

His recent projects include:

  • “Theory Now” at La Colonie (Paris), co-organized with artist Kader Attia.
  • “The Publishing Sphere” at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt (Berlin).
