Summary

Shuzo Oshimi
Shuzo Oshimi is a seasoned veteran of the Japanese comics community. He won the Tetsuya Chiba Award, the most important comics award for newcomers, in 2001. Oshimi has been writing slice-of-life dramas for major manga publishers for over a decade.
His first hit, Drifting Net Cafe, was released in 2008. This horror-themed work, an homage to Kazu Umezzo’s Drifting Classroom, was adapted into a live-action series and brought Oshimi international recognition. He achieved further success in 2009 with The Flowers of Evil.
To date, Oshimi has over 13 works, including serializations and art contributions.
