Virginie Bobin
Virginie Bobin works across research, curatorial and editorial practices, writing, pedagogy, and translation. She is a professor in Art and Social Practices at Pé::sadhar (Rouen), co-founder of the editorial and curatorial platform Qalqalah (قلقلة), and a Doctor in Artistic Research (practice-based PhD, Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna). She has worked for various art centers and residency programs (Villa Vassilieff, B::é::tonsalon, Witte de With, Les Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers, Performa). Her independent projects were presented at international institutions Tanzquartier Vienna, CRAC Sp::é::te, CAC Br::é::tigny, Museion Bolzano, and MoMA PS1 New York. Recent publications include Bestiario de Lenguas (with Mercedes Azpilicueta, 2024).
