Kate O'Donnell

KATE O’DONNELL is the author of four Ayurveda books published in seven languages, including The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook. She is also an international presenter, Ayurvedic practitioner, and mentor. Kate is the founder of the Ayurvedic Living Institute, an online community space for self-transformation. She lives in Portland, Maine.
