JENNIFER ALLEN is a retired professional chef and author of several cookbooks. Living in Texas for more than 20 years has inspired her recipe creation, with lively Southwestern flavors popping up in many of her recipes. She’s now cooking north of the border in Ontario, Canada, and continues to post her recipes.

HEATHER AYALA is a registered dietitian with a master of science in nutrition and is a board-certified ketogenic nutrition specialist. Heather has provided nutrition counseling to individuals struggling with a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions, from diabetes to substance use disorder and everything in between.
