Critics Review
“Absolutely love this book for my kids! It is engaging, fun, creative, and challenging–and to top it off, covers the four disciplines of study. The activities encourage critical thinking and the dinosaurs throughout draw the reader into their world. Excellently crafted and written; highly recommend!” –Melanie Ellsworth, Science and Math Doodles
“As a mom and first grade teacher, I am amazed at how engaging, academically driven, and organized this book is. I have taught Kindergarten and First Grade for 12 years and am always looking for new, high-interest activities for my students. This book will be a wonderful addition to my collection of resources. Lisa provided numerous fun and interactive games while incorporating multiple content areas. This book makes it easy to work on academic skills while having fun, especially with the adorable illustrations!” –Lea Anne Duckworth, first grade teacher, mom and Kerrville ISD Elementary Teacher of the Year
“Dinomite! This activity book is for all dinosaur enthusiasts (children and parents alike)! The material is well sequenced to provide a strong foundation for the child as he/she delves into the exciting pages. The vibrant illustrations will also lead the child to instinctively want to complete each activity. Lisa has carefully crafted a fun way to intertwine the dinosaurs’ names with the alphabet, vocabulary, pronunciations, patterns, mazes, math, logic problems, and more. This wonderful book is a product of an educator who has had a broad experience with understanding the needs of all children. Dinosaurs may be extinct, but this activity book brings them back to life!” –Marilyn Mitchell, M.Ed. gifted educator, middle school STEM instructor, robotics coach, former gifted and talented coordinator, educational consultant, author
