Rashad Doucet
Rashad Doucet is a native of Ville Platte, Louisiana, with roots in Eunice. He began drawing comics as a child when his grandmother provided him with a pencil and paper to keep him occupied during church services.
He is recognized for his contributions to Oni Press, including his work on Invader Zim, Rick and Morty, and Alabaster Shadows. Doucet has also collaborated with DC Comics and Stela, and was a participant in the Eisner Award-winning Elements: Fire Anthology.
Currently, Rashad Doucet is a professor of sequential art at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. In his free time, he enjoys listening to ‘80s power ballads and watching anime.
