Susan A. Berger

Dr. Susan A. Berger, EdD, LICSW, counsels individuals navigating significant loss and life transitions. She also trains professionals in her distinctive method of supporting the bereaved. With twenty-five years of experience in the health and mental health sectors, she has worked as a researcher, practitioner, administrator, and consultant in both Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.

Dr. Berger lectures extensively across professional healthcare, business, government, and university platforms. She has held faculty positions at three colleges, where she taught courses on human behavior and psychology. Additionally, she has contributed her time as a hospice volunteer. Dr. Berger is a personal survivor of early parental loss.
